Our premium craft wildflower honey, infused with organic lavender buds from Lavender North located in Oro-Medonte. We have a number of hives that line one of the lavender fields at Lavender North and the bees happily pollinate the flowers. We start our Lavender Infused Raw Honey by using honey harvested from the Lavender North Farm. We choose to cold infuse our honey, which means our honey is never heated and we do not use any essential oils or flavouring. Cold infusing the lavender in honey is a slow process that takes weeks to months to acheive the perfect flavour. Our Lavender Infused Raw Honey has a soft, subtle flavour that is not over-powering, as the honey on its own is amazing!
