We have infused our raw liquid honey with dried organic Super Blue Lavender buds from the fields of Lavender North in Oro-Medonte. Then we creamed (crystalized) it into a velvety smooth texture. The result is a super smooth spreadable raw honey with a lovely hint of lavender. Superb! A must try!
