Creating amazing infused honey starts with using the highest quality ingredients, a lot of time and plenty of patience.

All our honey is made by our own bees and we only use actual spices and flowers in our infusions. (No essential oils or flavouring is used)

We chose a cold infusion process which means our honey is never heated,

thereby maintaining all the amazing qualities of raw honey.

Cold infusions can take weeks to months to create the best flavour.
